Power of Attorney — Application Types
LUM02 Cape Town POAℹ️Select all application types the architect is authorised to submit on the client's behalf. The POA purpose field auto-populates from project type and address. Select "Other" to add a custom application type.
Authority is automatically granted to the Architect. Select which application types to authorise.
✍️Draw or upload signatures. These are embedded into every form where a signature field exists. Witness signatures are not digitally populated — a checklist will identify which forms require manual witness signatures after export.
🔒Privacy notice: Signatures are used only to populate the selected PDF forms during export. They are never saved, stored, transmitted or retained anywhere. Once you close or refresh the app, all signature data is permanently discarded. No signature information leaves your device.
